PEAKDIP is designed for use in the foundry or steelworks, to give the furnace operator, a Metal Temperature, displayed immediately after he has made a dip.
It is available, as standard, for use with type 'B', 'K68', 'K48', 'R68', 'R48', 'S68' or 'S48', thermocouple, degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. SPECIFY!
ITS 90 calibration is supplied as standard, alternatively IPTS 68 or IPTS 48 calibration may be specified.
MELTING TEMP. CONTROL
PEAKDIP may be used as the melt temperature input transmitter to the melting furnace temperature controller or computer: The peak held temperature acts as "measured value", until updated by a further temperature measurement.
